2 - Non Steam Patch V23b DOWNLOAD HERE
3 - Good Internet Connection
4 - Server
5 - sXe Inject Client DOWNLOAD HERE 14.2 FIX 2
First of all download Counter strike 1.6 from the link given above..
Install it , than download v23b Patch and install it in Counter strike 1.6 Directory
Example :-
C:\Program Files\Valve\ 

After Installation Close The Setup By Clicking The Finish Button-
Now You Have Counter Strike 1.6 & v23B Patch Installed
Download sXe Inject Client -Link Given Above- And Install It..
When Ever You Want To Play CS 1.6 You Have To Run sXe Inject Client And Minimize It!
Now You Can Play CS 1.6 With Your Frnds
